- Submitting a form does not guarantee a contractor match or any particular service outcome
- We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, or performance of any contractor we connect you with
- Any service agreement is solely between you and the contractor — we are not a party to that agreement
Communications Consent
By submitting a form and providing your phone number and email, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our contractor partners including via phone calls (including automated), SMS (including automated), email, and pre-recorded or AI-generated messages. This consent applies even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
User Responsibilities
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have authority to submit a service request for the property listed
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You will not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
No Warranties
This website and its services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that a contractor match will be found for every request, or that any contractor will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJ Revenue Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any contractor's performance. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
Third-Party Contractors
We make reasonable efforts to work with qualified contractors but do not independently verify every contractor's credentials. We strongly encourage you to verify any contractor independently before authorizing work. We are not responsible for any contractor's actions or work product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
